HACM Limited provides a team approach
Case Management Service for adults and children who
have an acquired brain injury and/or complex traumatic
physical injury, spinal injury or mental health problems as a
result of personal injury or negligence.
Our philosophy is to maximise our clients potential and
well-being by providing assistance to help improve their
quality of life and extend their range of opportunities.
We aim for our clients to regain realistic personal and
functional independence, so that with appropriate support,
they are placed in a position and lifestyle as close as
possible to that which they would have achieved had the injury
not occurred. A traumatic personal injury can be
overwhelming for the person who has suffered the injury and
their carers. Trying to understand the complex
condition and changed needs can be confusing and frightening
and can be likened to a labyrinth. Processing through
the labyrinth is supported by case management, meeting
medical care needs and access to local therapeutic services. |
