Support and Therapy
Where required, HACM can facilitate the direct employment of support staff in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Guidelines.
In doing this, HACM can recruit, train, supervise and undertake administration tasks for support staff on behalf of our clients such as facilitating support staff payroll, and auditing client care plans and risk assessments.
Where staff are employed through care and support agencies, the case manager can oversee the service provided and, where necessary, liaise with the provider to ensure that client need is met.
HACM do not directly employ our own therapists. Instead, we have built a substantial base of independent therapists, proficient in their fields and based across our operational geographic area. By matching therapists with clients in this way, we are able to recommend the most appropriate therapist for a client’s individual needs.
As Case Managers, we provide holistic, goal-based rehabilitation programs, whilst ensuring oversight of therapeutic delivery as an ongoing client-centred process.
